Since I got her done. I’ve taken it out during the week days here and there test driving and being sure things were good. I’ve brought to work a couple times bc I wanted to lol I don’t go far with her. Pretty local close nearby home.

My dad’s first B model had that same dog on his B67 believe it or not. Before he sold the truck he took it off and had that small dog out away. It’s not the same size bulldog on the radiator.

Like the sight window level and plug or the piece that goes on the hub itself? It that, my dad converted this truck to oil when she was originally grease.

She sounds much better when I’m driving her 😁 gotta get her out soon and get her cleaned up.

My dad was around your age before he died. Unfortunately, sadly it was 2 years ago now. Hoping if I keep up on the videos I can give my background and stories to the world and how much antiques mean to me. This old stuff is great. It’s what built America and is true and real truck unlike today made with a computer and plastic

Any possibility on getting new papers for this truck. She never came with any here and for Massachusetts were strict with paperwork here which sucks because I wanna get this titled in my name.

She was originally turbo charged. My dad switched it out a long time ago. I still have the motor. I don’t know what to do with it. It’s all there just sitting.

If you look at my channel. My B75 I’m going to be doing over. It’s a 9 speed overgear in it. I wanna put a triplex in her. You never see a B model with a Triplex anymore or a B75 so I wanna make an odd ball mix bread B model of my own

Pretty cool that had a 4x4 transmission for these trucks back in the day. Never seen one in person.

@@davidbowser2395 , the B model I drove was a twin stick with a four speed and a two speed. You moved both sticks at each shift point. There was twin stick both four speed that provided 16 different gear ratios. The old B model I drove was an eight speed. If the trans is adjusted and working properly it drives well .

This truck was done years ago before I was most likely born. She’s been kept hidden away all these years and I got her running again. For fenders, Facebook be the best bet or online who still make them. I personally don’t know how well they fit or better to go search out west where they’ll be rot free.

He was actually. Danny Melone I believe his name is. Heard of him, met him a couple times but nothing long but he was already slowing down driving because of his knees. He ended up selling her or putting her up for sale a year after this show. He was asking 80k for the truck and dump trailer. I know he sold it and think she went to Maine to a collector now. She did get repainted I believe and still has the owners name on her.

The reason my family drove them was because nothing else would hold up to the working conditions, you’d see the occasional Autocar or Paystar but mostly Mack’s hauling that black gold out of Appalachia ✌️🇺🇸
