Problems fixed Abs light on and Asr flashing.If you also have these problems check the sensors first, the cables and the distance between the speed sensor and the phonic wheel.It is very important the distance between sensor and phonic wheel to be from 0.8mm to 1.8mm maximum. Video made by Bibi Adrian.All you need is a remus okami exhaust and a link pipe reducer from 51mm to 38 mm.Attach the link pipe to the exhaust by welding or heavy duty exhaust clamps.For variator setup you can use dr.puleys rollers 15gr and fuzzy washer.Try to use stock clutch with yelow contra spring and white/blue small springs.good luck
My bike is the same as yours. My abs light stays on, will disconnecting the battery get rid of it. Help needed
@Williamgillan-y5v check the abs sensors and after you need the diagnostic tool to reset

@chi3fsgarage654 thanks,the bike is costing me £600 so far mot was due on the 1st August, mechanic near me needs to find the abs fault then the bike will be ready for the road,it's also on finance

@@chi3fsgarage654 la variator sigur nu. La ambreiaj are joc daca dai jos capacu. Dar cand pui capacu la loc si strangi cu piulita practic tine acolo strans axul 🤔

1.15 min in to video ....how you get this assembly off soo easy ....mines seem to be stuck around the wheel bearing . Moves up and down but not going out at all
Just play with it left right until you find the right spot or keep it on the usual point and knock it with a hummer easy.🫡💪

Salut , imi plac videourile tale. Vreau sa-mi iau si eu unu uzat, cam 4-5 ani la ce sa ma uit ? Ce sfaturi imi dai ? Bafta la clipuri si multi km cu motoru.
Fi atent sa aibe mentenanta la tilt facuta cel putin 2 ani in urma sau macar 20miikm . Ulei schimbat la cel mult 3mii km. Cam astea sunt cele mai importante si iti spune cat de multa grija sa avut de el inaite. Nu te speria daca schimburile de ulei au fost facute acasa in garaj propriu sunt binevenite.

Daca desfaci capacul lateral unde este bujia o sa vezi cablu de acceleratie unde este prins. Cu o surubelnita cruce doar il mai strangi un pic
@@chi3fsgarage654 mulțumesc mult ,eu vreau sa al mai slăbesc puțin că este prea turat motorul ,oare afectează și bujia că am schimbato și nu este ce scrie in cartea lui .
@@cristiculyo2023 incearca intai sa-i pui bujia din carte. In special mp3 este foarte ciudat ca motor si orice mica schimbare te poate aduce alte costuri

Does anyone know where the front ABS sensor lead hooks up to ? It seems to go up in to the instrument panel but not sure what panels to remove.
The abs sensor goes under the front leg cover.
@@chi3fsgarage654 thanks ! I removed the front covers to change the Headlight bulb but couldn't see exactly where but appeared to be below the Headlight itself somewhere. Dealer told me to change front 1st ...but I changed the back and that resolved my problem
@@chi3fsgarage654 could you recommend a good Electrician? I get hesitation / loss / and full power with throttle in same position ...then abs/ asr light comes on .....diagnostic shows all ABS sensors and HV coil -Short circuit to positive ....this is the issue I suspect is causing the restricted power and ABS to Go in to failure ...but I just keep getting told ...change ABS SENSOR ...done that ..same problem
Mestericu am gasit un mp 3 500 cc 2018 cu 34 mii kilomteri proprietarul il lauda una alta ,dar dupa tine cam ce probleme crezi ca poate avea unul la kilomterii astia ,si inca o intrebare eu am 1 metru 61 crezi ca asi putea controla unul ca asta ca am vazut ca are vreo 250 de kile iar proprietarul tot spune ca unul scund pana in 1m 70 nu prea il poate controla .
Salut. Totul depinde cum ia facut mentenanta care cuprinde cel mai important lucru furca fata. Care este in jur de 700£-1000£ si nu multi o fac. Dar daca are totul schimbat km nu prea conteaza. Eu am 1m75 si il controlez destul de bine doar ca am vazut si mai scunzi ca mine cu modelul asta.
La ora actuala ,pentru un piaggio mp3 500 cc de la 2014 pana la 2016 se cere peste 5000 de euro pe unu

Salut daca ai mers fara ulei poate fi calat motorul si asta ar fi putin cam costisitor.poti incerca sa pui alt ulei si sa vezi de ce pierde.asta daca nu este prea tarziu pt motor
