Considerable or consistent losses incurs contact from your exchange/broker. For any of the conventional market brokers, at least in the UK, will be like this. For Crypto exchanges, that want to comply with UK FCA laws; they will need to do the same. I do know Binance (the biggest crypto exchange) have self exclusion options.
