I think the main issue of the film was that it was soulless. It was just made as a cash grab and had no charm.

I still have glitter in my locker to this day. They were diabolical.🥲

I think the movie was too generic for me. Just watching the movies you already know what gonna happen and there is no payoff. Watching it for the fight scenes isn’t good either because they just aren’t worth it and the choreography is mediocre at best.

I’m a massive Godzilla fan and the thing I love about it was how it was a soft-reboot/homage to the original 1954 “Gojira” personally my favorite Godzilla movie!

It was stated by the director that it was for the fans and as a fan of the franchise I do think it was absolutely amazing! That might be my bias showing but it’s nice to see an unbiased opinion.
