    “The ultimate enemies we have to fight are within ourselves. Each of us carries two great challenges to the conduct of our life: the first is fear who says ‘it’s too much for you, it’s too big, you can’t handle it’, the second is lethargy, the desire to go back to sleep, turn on the TV, have some chocolate’ and every day our soul is up for grabs. And it has to contend with those forces, fear and lethargy.” “Shut up, suit up and show up” James Hollis Thank you for the interview and the great questions!

    the main topic for this interview is spot on. your life is much easier if you choose women who want you. but to get to that level, you need to do the work on yourself first - especially money and fitness/appearance. i so much agree with his dislike of red pill for women hating and putting down other guys.

    From Jung: “the spirit of evil is the negation of life force by fear, only boldness can deliver us from fear and if the risk is not taken the meaning of life is violated” (28:00) “If I have to show up in life (not show off) how do I go about doing that? What is asked of me? That’s when you move out of a gray area to an engagement with your life” (27:30) Thank you 🙏

    Look at some men of 90s who play in some rock band on podium they are crazy, wild passionate wither guitars in interviews or in real life, they are such calm, happy, quiet sheep... having nice happy friendship ith the boy-band colleagues, and nice marriage. because the steem got out of him on the stage, the creative proces was experienced. if people supperss the creative "animal" or creative energy inside, they become bored unhappy, anxious depressed and bad husbands. And society wants to tell peopel that it is wrong if you have "creative" crazy energy, that you live double life. but its actually the oposite. What about Sting. he has nice marriage too.

  • @alenaadamkova7617
    @alenaadamkova7617 7 дней назад

    Actually I realised men are "rebels" from nature.... Look at the boys who play a guitar and sing, they play like crazy, but it creates such bond with the boys in the group. the yplay with passion, spontaneity. It creates interesting creative energy. We sometimes forget how attractiv eit is. Its not like they are bad people, they have morals .... but they just get out the wild animal, through music and creativity, then they calm down It is interesting "progress"..... you can not become happy healthy person, with great morals without being a wild animal for once in life, its like getting out of the shell, with music or sport. Other wise the man becomes very depressed and anxious, because they supress their wild animal inside...which may prevenmt him from happiness the woman is empowerished of his talents and charisma. We forget that the wild energy is so attractive because its unusual, the sports, achievments. its like modern society tries to teach men or maybe even women relatives that you you can not be good citisen with this natural realisation... that calm life is first achieved through creative process. and sometimes the creative process is achieved with ideas as palying in band, or doing sprint marathon otr some sport.

      I love your thought process. There is yin and Yang… both are needed in each partner so there can be balance. It’s like…if a senior citizen cannot or won’t take their dog for a walk and just lets it out in the same yard to go poo… there is nothing new for the dog to smell to keep it’s dopamine fired and wired… then the dog gets depressed… the dog needs the scent of other dogs, cats, squirrels, flora and fauna to keep its brain chemistry balanced.

    It’s not that complicated. Young men are told on a daily basis from university professors, Hollywood, the media and politicians in D.C. that they are a cross between Charles Manson and Harvey Weinstein. Andrew Tate comes along and tells young men that it’s okay to be competitive, stoic and brave. If you want Tate gone then can the fruity terms like “toxic masculinity” and “misogyny”. It’s really not that hard to figure out.

If it would mean that you should forget it happenning would mean, that they acknowledge that it did happen, but in most cases they don't, cause that would mean that they have to face their own enabling behaviour.

    In the Buddhist narrative the Buddha is tempted by the demon Mara (a celestial demon of death and rebirth and desire), in the Christian narrative Jesus is tempted by Satan. Satan translates literally as „the adversary“. When I see Deist/Atheist debates, they tend to be an overly concrete literalist understanding of narrative and the atheist tends to be way dismissive the narrative all together. And yet here is a very basic understanding of what it means to face „the adversary“. I like that he calls it „a gremlin at the foot of the bed.“

    Hey, I love the content man, it’s becoming one of my new favourite podcasts. Would you consider bringing on Cory Clark on the podcast? She studies the feminisation of society and how the effects of women in positions of power at academics can have some bad tradeoffs, like you mentioned with Roy halfway through the podcast. She also has an interesting and controversial opinion that the rise of women with the decline of women will lead to more and more women just ditching dating men and dating other women instead since women are outperforming men and women will become higher value mates. I would love for you to discuss this with her. Keep up the good content.
