Big rip off company. They sprayed something that was off white, looked like latex paint over rocks 1/2 in size, and sand so that the stuff only adhered to loose stuff that the crows pecked at to get bugs and tore sheets of the paper thin stuff that tore like paper. This is not a roof, A "covering" they said. Said they would patch it. Has sheets of 8" X4", that the owner of the business tried tearing up my pieces brought down by a potential buyer of my property. Cannot sell house with wet drywall inside from leaking roof. They are not nice about owning up.. Would not recommend these people. Doubt GE Enduris Silicone 3500 ever heard of them. Roof was never cleaned off. They made big profit from my roof. Rude and ridicule me. Am 78 year old paid them $24,000. I should call every time apiece comes off so they can patch it. We would be doing this every week. Cheaters. Dishonest.

They forgot to take off the dirt and gravel so there is nothing for the silicone to stick to but didrt and 1/2 rocsk. Protruce under and over the top of the siliocone. Incompetent and owner of company admitted it was a bad job but refuses to refund my money, demanding I allow they to patch it as the pices come off, over time, as often as happens. Also they did ot get a permit and he refuses to get a permit to do his lets patch it forever offer. I cannot sell my house with this no roof, deception word play he now calls it a covering and not a roof hat I bought. Not what we were negotiating. They are slicky and going to force me to go to court to sue them. My advice is to avoid big trouble. Am out $24K to people without scruples, wants to keep my money for "new roof" and accept payment of $24 for 20 patching job. I cannot sell this house with this piece of junk roof. I demand that the factory representative come to see my roof as this company claims they are a certified company to sell this product. They will not be any longer if an actual factory rep shows up but with this company I am not to sure who they would set up to come and say they are from GE and a new release from prison with fresh ink on the business card. Do not trust them what so ever. Why no permit drawn?? Asked them several times and they ignored this old lady, as if I am a bug in their way. They left the dirt and gravel under the mateiral that looks like latex paint on my roof. Never saw one container at my house with the GE Silicone Enduris 3500. Huge chunks 10" x 6" are strewn around roof, with dirt stuck to undersickde of the material. My roof looks like large chunks cottage cheese, 1/2" stones stuck to underside and loose dirt, and the color of the material is beige, not white. It is think as paper, and tears like paper. Wish I could attach a photo here, but contact me if you want to verify how they really do a roof. It is not a roof. It is a covering, no underlayment or material place between this what looks like thick coat latex paint. Riip Off big time of a senior, 78 year old retired nurse. Stole $24,000. And roof leaking, house smells of mold. Thanks Flat Roofs Pro. Just to local office is dishonest and incompetent or the whole system of businesses across the country do it the same way. I want o see a GE Representative come look at it and they refuse to do it. Do not trust them if they brought someone here and told me he was a service rep they are so dishonest. This is not a poor job, it is plain theft from Albuquerque Office of Flat Roof Pro. Get this junk off my roof, and refund my money and repair the dry wall, and make it all right. Have been living with this mess since January and now it is October.

Can this product be installed over itself? Say you covered the roof in this product a year earlier and then needed to patch it, will it adhere to itself after itself?
