Hi Tirzah, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed and that the canncer will not return. Amen. My moms going through this same surgery tomorrow, she’s 38 and have positive her2 breast cancer and has finished all rounds of chemo and she will be going to MAYO clinic we live nowhere near it but have heard nothing but positivity so it’s worth the drive. do you have any good tips on how i could help her after the surgery. what did your family do to help you? and how is your journey going?

I was diagnosed with breast cancer on 01/04/2023, I had 6 rounds of chemo (completed chemo 06/05/2023) one more week I’m getting a double mastectomy ( decided to get my left breast removed as well) and after that I’m having breasts reconstruction. God is with you holding your hand, Be STRONG and remember you are a WARRIOR and you are NOT ALONE.

You are beautiful and your story (even though I JUST started following you on IG with the recommendation of my MIL, your story is very similar to mine n you’ve offered me some hope n been an inspiration. I finally took the “plunge” and shaved my head, it’s more traumatizing than one would think when you lose a glob of hair just from touching it. And the amount in the shower, UGH just heartbreaking! Thank you for sharing your story! I know it’s not easy to do. I just had my 4th chemo yesterday and cuz of you I’ve decided to document the rest of my journey. 💜 prayers to you always!

What's a mastectomy?

I had my double Mastectomy Dec 9 and had my first fill January 26….DCIS Stage 0 both breast…Cancer free but now like you on my journey to “new Girls”
