That's the Rabbit Tanaka Cyclotron! Yeah this one really only has 3 modes of operation in the form of motor on/off switches.

I have no idea what kind of lizard this is, but it is really cool! I know a few of the lizards in southern Arizona, but there are tons that I cannot identify!
