Sending you love and strength. Please keep going, tough times don't last.....tough people do. Yes, I'm always being told I'm strong too.....what other options do I have? I'm not a quitter. Please remember to look back now and again....just to remember how far you've actually come ❤❤❤
We're all sad. We are all best down. Its not mental health issues is family and societal health issues. Be cool be kind, be strong and be free... that's all you need to mental health.
Being strong free cool and kind does not take away internal battles , for some it’s a disease, genetically passed down and we do what we can to cope and heal It’s sad for you to be ignorant thinking that’s all it takes. Tell that to my ex husband that battled internally so long nobody knew about and decided to end his life less than a year ago Leaving me his family and our son behind He suffered from a disease yet was the kindest coolest happy person you’d ever meet
I started my first treatment for TMS therapy for depression yesterday and I think it's going to be a game changer

This is why it hurt me so much when my (internet) friend died last month. He understood things in ways my fiancé never can because my friend has been there and them some with his own issues. Now I'm alone and so isolated because i only really spoke to 2 people on a regular basis: him and my fiancé....now all i have is my fiancé
I'm so sad let's film it and post it on social media.
I want people to understand they are not alone and it’s ok to go through things. It’s real and raw not some made up bs that you see most of the time

Great video,I totally relate to your symptoms very similar to mine after some trauma in 2021 thats got progressively worse.My problem is the more normal I fight to become the more freaked about this episode I become causing rumination which leads to more symptoms.You are right about the fear its on another level.
I hear you. The fear itself can be Dibilitating and I have the same thing w leading to more symptoms and you start feeling like you’re not normal anymore fighting to have normalcy back
