Madam. It’s a request can you please share how you memoried everything and how was your revision strategy
The key is to understand , write , make notes with mnemonics and revise. Practice makes it easy to memorize. Things which are stored in long term memories will be remembered and to convert short term to long term is to revise it multiple times . Hope this help,
I find difficulty in memorising pediatrics , because child Age of every month has different developments.

Ectopia lentis is SUPERIO TEMOPRAL in MARFAN's INFERIO NASAL ectopia lentis is seen in Homocystinuria.
Absolutely , an easy Mnemonic to remember : Marfan - Fan & Fan is located at ceiling so ectopia lentis is upward and outward , Homocystinuria- Urine flows down-- downward and medial displacement.
