Do you have to buy a new one every two years? At $700, that would be $350/year every year, which sounds like $30 per month to own whether you wear it for a month or not. OR can the warranty be renewed with a simple inspection? A full replacement of the airbag is about $300 at a Dainese dealership.

I bought the new 11B smart hjc and downloaded the app wich helped a bit. the communication is good but for the music the sound is not incredible I just installed it…

Hello, I am researching a Smart series intercom for my HJC Rpha 71 helmet. I am thinking of a model that is suitable for use as pillion only for my wife and me. I don't do group rides. Which model should be preferred in this regard?

I notice absolutely noone has mentionef about performance in the erain for some reason.....I like my Dririder gear but Im not going to be a $450 guinee pig for them.

Just bought the red one from you online about 20 mins ago. Waiting on delivery. Very excited. Seems like a good jacket, awesome design and colour. I didn’t see it on the MotoCap website yet but they have the Avro 4 there and pretty happy with the results. According to additional research I’ve done, the Avro 5 meant to be slightly more protective than Avro 4, so I’m happy with that. Wish it came with L2 protection on shoulders and elbows but L1 will be fine for my riding. Thanks for your review too.

Waterproof liners on the inside are a silly idea. If you’re at camp, it’s cold and wet, it will take ages for the jacket to dry out. If it’s about keeping the price down, then having a waterproof layer on the outside that’s packable into a rear pocket makes much more sense. I pulled the liners out of my Revit Sand jacket and bought a waterproof outer jacket. But you shouldn’t have to. When will manufacturers start thinking about this?!

many bikes are just lifted onto the back of a Ute or trailer...these devices keep the honest people honest.

I bought an i91 a few weeks ago and love it! The ventilation doesn’t seem too much different to the last model so I’ll trust them it’s improved but it doesn’t seem over 60% better but overall I’m vert happy with the i91. I especially appreciate the upgrade to a quick release chin strap. Craig - Geelong

I bought a pair of Hurricanes and very disappointed. Cold fingers at 5C with a merino inner. touch pad finger material is on the tip of finger instead of the end of finger, Impossible to get hand in that position to touch screen while riding. Pad too large for any accuracy. Have to stop and take glove off to do any screen touching.

I bought a pair of Dririder Covert summer gloves following your review of them (I do like these reviews!), and am very happy with them. I publish a motorcycle blog type thing and following a review I wrote on them, a couple of my readers bought them too. Now it looks like I'll be checking out these winter gloves. :-)

I'm keen to try a pair on. I wonder what they're like for extended wearing (all day rides) and walking around in.

I hope DriRider have done something about their zips. 2 pairs of DriRider boots and a winter jacket I've purchased from AMX in Adelaide have all had the zipper fail within 6 months.

Are they touch-screen compatible? If I can't use my phone whilst wearing gloves then they are of no use to me.

I bought this helmet and the wind noise is huge! It's not fun. Never needed ear plugs with my hjcf70. I don't know how to fix it. This helmet is over twice the price of my old one, it shouldn't be that noisey. I wish I'd looked up noise issues before buying it.

Again, over and over no real true mention of CE ratings, as in the actual tested specs from 1-2 in three key areas, the spec number and revision date. We have to buy the boot and look inside at the pictoglyph to find out? Why not tell us instead. I know you don't have to comply wth CE in the USA, but without proper reference why mention it? Oh, it is important to consumers! If you mention it for sales, then propery make it transparent to the product's performance.

Good luck to her but it's still beyond me why we need women's only racing. There are plenty on women racers that are every bit as good as men. So why a separate series.
