From why I see, there is a difference between Filipinas who interact with Foreigners, are still different from the ones who live in Australia. I love more Traditional Filipinas because of their values. Also Provincial Filipinas are different from the Big City Filipinas from what I've observed

It isn't always about the clothers, but the mindset adapts. You also see it with 2nd Generation Filipino kids living in Australia
