My podiatrist had me try a metatarsal pad. My foot was really aggravated. My pain starts at the top of my foot and goes down through to the bottom right around the forefoot. So, the metatarsal pad was exactly where my pain was at the forefoot. I took the pads out because it was hurting more.

You know if a podiatrist is loving them in absolutely getting these. I just ordered Kuru Roam i got them for $60!!!

I'll try it out! However it's not for inability but more for autism sensory! I can't stand the feeling of lotion or oil or even water of any kind left on my hands. And washing my hands repeatedly for 10-20min after putting on lotion really makes me just not want to apply lotion >< Thank you so much!

A really simple but very effective tip that I've never seen in a video before! Also works the other way around, I once made a hole in a pair of Birkenstock thong sandals for more width because the straps were too tight for me. The real hold comes from the Birkenstock footbed. What do you think of Birkenstock and foot health overall, could you make a video about it? Since the Birkenstock Boston clogs are now also in vogue, Birkenstock have become a permanent topic. Personally, I always try to switch between wearing Birkenstocks, wearing wooden clogs and walking barefoot to give my feet a change, my podiatrist once recommended that to me :) Best regards 👣🌸🤗
