I love your work on these. I hope you put some of these into 1 themed hour (or longer) compilations at some point.

I hadn't realized that Firebrand was perceived as a criminal by the police, instead of as a hero. That makes him more interesting. Firebrand was another one of the Quality Comics characters that DC comics bought the rights to. Firebrand wasn't used in the 1970s Freedom Fighters team, but was eventually used in other comics, like Roy Thomas' All-Star Squadron.

Quality Comics gave us great golden age heroes. Had brilliant creator's like : Lou Fine, Jack Cole and Igor & Eisner studio that made legendary characters. Back then I'm sure they deliberately gave characters names like "Rod">"Dick" and few other in the same "meaning"......😉!! But, all in all, great entertainment and a blast to read them nowadays! Especially with all the "nonsensical" that's coming out now. Carry on with the great work of golden age comic stories brother! 🙏☝

By this time Batman stopped been chase by the police and had Robin as his side kick. Glad to see some other Superheroes getting the vigilante treatment.

🤔 Another interesting thing about the story is that it has pre Adam Strange moments ; when Princess Tania alerts John Garth to the sea threats he check mates them. Predating Adam Strange by 5 years those moments could have been an inspiration for DCs spaceman.

Interesting, sort of a Pre-Code Horror Comics version of "Pickman's Model" by H.P.Lovecraft... sort of! I love this crazy channel.

page for page Next Men was his best written comic, i cant recommend it enough. it just gets better and better especially the later issues done thru IDW. i had feelings when it was concluded. and tied for first is Generations Vol 3 - absolutely EPIC
