Isn't Pluto the smallest?
In 2006, the International Astronomical Union (IAU) reclassified Pluto as a dwarf planet because it didn't meet the IAU's criteria for a full-sized planet. Pluto doesn't clear its orbital path like other planets do. I think they are being picky about it.
