A lot of Matt Walsh fans here! Not sure how this podcast got on the radar, but thanks for the feedback. (I'm one of the "Old Woke Hippies" preaching to myself here.) I read a couple of reviews of "Am I a Racist?" this week and it sounds interesting--I'll check it out. It does also sound like a kind of Borat- or Michael Moore-style sendup that targets the extremes and the low-hanging fruit, and makes them look stupid (while the stuff that doesn't work as well ends up edited out.) I'm sure it makes a case that there is some extensive silliness in the inclusivity movement. Does it make the case that racism is over, or that everyday DEI efforts don't work or aren't needed? That will wait to be seen. In any case, I'm interested in hearing any more of your reflections on racism (or the lack thereof), and what your experience has shown you about how race is addressed in America. What is it that the post-racial right would like aging hippies to know (other than "just stop.")?

What a perfect display of Spiritual ignorance! These guys are more concerned with "Social Justice" than seeing souls go to Heaven. We need to "De-construct" and "Re-construct" what we've learned? What absolute arrogance! The Gospel that was preached 100, 200, 500, 1000 years ago doesn't fit into our culture today so we are going to re-think it so we all feel good about ourselves, AND ......... WE DON"T HAVE TO CHANGE! No, God needs to change to fit our lifestyles. What Blasphemy! After what countless Christians who have been martyred went through, What Jesus went through, to have to listen to this lame, wishy-washy, ear-tickling lousy excuse of the Gospel is downright nauseating. The problem is this is what the church is becoming. 20, 30 years ago the average Sunday School teacher could debunk these coneheads with scripture. Now, because the Bible isn't preached and the Holy Spirit isn't welcome anymore the lies and perversions these clowns perpetuate thrive.

This is what I get for clicking like on a lot of "Am I Racist" videos, video of a Race grifter perpetuating the great lie while living in one of the least racist societies on earth.

In anti racism there is no forgiveness. You are forever condemned to self flagellate your "whitness" solely on skin colour and the assumption that you are socialized in white supremacy. I believe the phrase "There is no finish line" proves this point. Then to call this empathy and compassion betrays the meaning of these words. I would suggest that the words that would be appropriate would be compulsion and compliance. It is fascinating that they decry "certainty" of the father's claim of the Will of God but yet overlook thier own certainty in claims that every white person is born on the "white plantation". There is nothing heroic in this. It is a condemned journey that forever makes someone blame themselves for things out of their control. In this view The Blood of Christ covers all sins except the sin of racism. The purgatory of white guilt consumes the soul of the socially just and in return for their obedience, demands more guilt spreading the cancer of shame further in the body. But in the end, social justice does not want a woke world, it just wants its disfunction then it's total breakdown.

Wasn't Paul secretly working for the Flavian Dynasty? Weren't all of the original Roman Catholic Saints' members of the Flavian Dynasty? Weren't all of the original symbols used by the earliest Christians identical to those of the Flavian Dynasty? Weren't all of the original Jesus cult texts produced under the oversight of the Flavian Dynasty? Then finally Neo-Flavian Constantine chose the Flavian family religion to be the official religion of the entire Roman Empire. In order to consolidate power in his fractured Empire. If God’s laws are based off of what would make us happy, fulfilled, and healthy (or help the cosmos function..?), then all we need to consider (morally) is whether something fulfills those conditions. There’s really no need to consult God’s opinion at all. Hence, Marks hasn’t answered one of the most basic challenges to divine command theory. In other words, he only focuses on the arbitrariness worry, but not the other horn of the Euthyphro Dilemma… Am I missing something?🤷
