I got the sachets and I’m not liking the flavors. The sleep hydration is the best tasting one, but it’s not something I wanna taste before going to bed. The energy flavor is supposed to be tropical, but it tastes like an orange peel. It’s very bitter and not tropical at all. I’m using cold water and 16oz. Anyone else feel the same?

as someone who follows several running channels similar to this, I think people like Ross set audacious goals because they know they're willing to put in the work. That being said, there always seems to come a point where the runner has to go through a humbling process in which they learn the science of marathon performance from race to race, and how to optimize said performance on personal/individual level. There's only so much that can be taught in training. Much like in business, there are lessons that are purely reserved for game time, and with each race (or with each business venture), you get a little wiser, a little more efficient, and a bit more determined. The grit and passion is always there, the work ethic never fades, you just learn what works best over time. Thanks for sharing your journey with us man.
