What does it take for international students to be admitted into 42 Wolfburg's program?

Hello, I am Abir Hossain from Bangladesh, today I heard about this university/school from my cousin so I google it and found the documentary. After saw the full video I have some question about it's on campus admission process. If I want to join what's papers I have to submit? Do I need IELTS or German language test, if yes then how should be the score? Do I get the visa if I pass the all the selection process? It's good that no tuition free but what about the living cost, do I get work permit as well? Thanks In advance, I hope you will be kind enough to share the information.☺
