The affection these two had between them was not staged. Caballe mentored Carreras (she is 47 here and he 34). So touching to see him at Montserrat's funeral (2018) still beautiful with gorgeous white hair, grieving and seeing to her family members. Lovely after years of creating extraordinary music together.

He was technically a stark. Also he should have been the king at the end of the story. Should have been a 3 way war, between him and the other 2. With Jon Snow Stark coming out on top, as the king.

You know, when Robert was talking about Lyanna in the crypt there was a theme of sorrow cause he missed her. When the scene showing a baby Jon and transitioned into his adult form you can hear that same sorrow theme but in a more imposing scene.

Everything about this scene is spectacular, it feels like baby Jesus or superman was just born

Something about this piece hits my soul in a way that makes me look inward toward my destiny, towards my hope and journey. A way of making me accept how far I’ve come and what great things lie ahead. Idk but just hits my soul. I love it.

Season 5 faltered a little bit, but Season 6 of this show, despite having faults of its own, still had some of the most amazing, jaw dropping moments in the whole series - the Battle of the Bastards, the wildfire scene, the Tower of Joy and reveal about Jon, and the final scene with Dany’s fleet. It was all incredible. I can’t believe how far the show fell in the next two seasons, they felt like bad fan fiction in comparison. To this day, I have a hard time even accepting them as canon. All these years later, part of me still feels like I don’t truly know what actually happened after Dany crosses the narrow sea, or what Jon’s real fate was. It’s like the show got cancelled after the S6 finale…

I haven’t seen all of S7 or 8 yet but I can already see a dip in quality after that S6 finale. I hope they don’t ruin Jon Snow completely. Judging from the comments though.. 😬💀
