I've been a big supporter of Dave, but I believe he's lost the team. Also, the management team has not built a solid defence and not learnt the lessons of last season, where, again, we were weak at the back. Ultimately, this is his team, and although we are second in the league, we don't look like we can go the distance with what we have in the squad with regard to the defence. Losing Chalmers until April is a massive blow, which could be terminal for our title chances.

Time to go Dave. You said you would sort this 2 months ago. This hammering has been coming.
