The problem with this "fix" is that all of this text is NOT headings and should not be styled as such. When doing a Table of Contents - all these headings are going to create a mess.

Have the scenario where the entire reference to a list changes depending on another prior input, so second level of dependent lists. Example, there is a first Named Range Product_type, with say Fruit or Vegetables. The Fruit_list has Apples and Oranges listed and Vegetables_List has Potatoes and Pumpkin listed. So the user selects Product_type > Fruit, and secondly from Fruit_list selects Apples. All Good. BUT. When the first level data option changes, to Vegetables, the selected value of Apples stays there, and the user has to re-open the updated dropdown list to select say Potatoes. Can this be fixed?

Please, how do you create a functional Radio button or Check boxes in Mail Merge? Mine always becomes a .png (image file) and does not work when I output the mails.

I'm by no means an expert in excel, but I watched a video recently from an excel MVP, and I think the new item added to the list from another sheet could be triggered by you sorting the list prior to going to check if it's in the list. I could be totally wrong, and my apologies if so. I thought I remembered that other video saying any "triggering" event, like resorting, refreshing, and such would cause the list to refresh. I'm curious if not sorting after adding the new item to the table on a separate sheet would show up in the data validation drop down on sheet 2. I may see if I can work that out. Just a thought.
