Original Pontiac 400 .040, SD Performance Stump Puller cam, Doug's headers, 3" Dynomax pipes, dumped Dynomax Super Turbo mufflers.

My dad has the same color car (but the firewall up is in grey primer with a blue hood) it’s pretty wild to see what it looks like in all one color! He had a 428 with ATI Pro charger, Ford 9” 325 Posi, T350 trans (680 HP) (He put that in a 97 F150 (think: 680HP Farmtruck)) GTO now has: 455 RA 4, Muncie 4 with ford 9” 325 (500 hp)

What does “cammed exhaust” mean ? I understand cammed, and exhaust, but never heard the two together. Sounds perfect though !🏆👍

What are the specs on the motor? I'm planning on using a 455 in a future build of mine and I'm shooting for the 550 hp range with around 550 lb-ft.

I didn't realize that the 455 cid was offered in '69. I've only heard of 400's.
You're correct, it wasn't. Motor is the factory 400 block with an aftermarket 4.21 crank.

What kind of street manner does your car have? I'm building a 455 with ram air iv 614 heads combo and wanting to use the old faithful cam as well. Whats compression are you running? Sounds healthy!!!
Car has good street manners, no surging or anything crazy, and compression is 10.5:1. Good luck on your build!
