Same problem, my free trial ended and I can`t cancel subscription, nor can I delete my account. Luckily for me I`ve used an old empty card (created specially for temporary free subscriptions), which will dissapear in few months. But still, daily emails about payment errors are really annoying. I will remember this company and make sure as many people in my field as possible will find out about such an untrustful system. P.S.: I`ve already emailed company, asking for help. If they won`t, well... I have enough disposable emails and empty cards. But if someone will eventually figure out how to access cancel button without having to pay (for what I didn't even use - really, I`ve downloaded one font), please, help.

This is brilliant, all my images easily converted to 300 DPI. 👌🏽 Tx. My only snag now is that when I upload them for design, I get an error that they are semi-transparent, which means I can't use them. 😢 Any way I can work around this issue? Your assistance would be highly appreciated.

For some reason once I download / save the image after using the trick it just saves with a white background 😭
