The villa is only 15 minutes from the beach and four golf courses, and 45 minutes from Lisbon and its international airport. What prices would you have to pay for a similar property in the surrounding areas of Berlin with the same features, views, and distances (without a beach nearby)?

?, How much did you think it was going to cost? You must have had some idea, but instead you make a negative comment? maybe offer what you think it is worth, most properties are negotiable to 10-15% anyway.

Well… unfortunately, no! I think you’ll need to search in Central Portugal. Along the coast, prices have increased significantly, so it’s unlikely you’ll find something in excellent condition for under 300k. Good luck! Toni
