Yes, i agree with you. Lane splitting is legal, but it causes difficulties between bikers and cars. Mostly the bikers are in the wrong. There are certain applicable rules the traffic department looks at. Most bikers are not in compliance with the rules. One of the things which is of great concern to me is the bikers who speed while doing lane splitting. It is so dangerous and unacceptable.

I've been a biker for 47 years, So i was totally prepared for this incident. In South Africa you can be handed a fine for driving slowly in the right lane. As you can see i had no problem avoiding the danger. Every move a driver can make i anticipate and are prepared for in any situation.
