the onlything i had an issue with was at 7:10 through 7:31 I don't think solid works likes that. i had gap issues, alignment issues, it wouldn't close fully to become one entity, I had to restart multiple times, it was very frustrating simply because solidworks was having a stroke over the fact a line dared to cross the flat part of a wheel and connect to other entitys at either end. i ended up brute forcing it and using the line instead of a construction line, then smart dimensioning it to the angle it needed, then trimmed off all I didn't need.

love you videos. im taking my CSWA test tomorrow and I'm going over everything you have taught. I do wish you would fit all the instructions for each step into the screen. I duplicate the video into a new tab and have jus the instructions up and make the part as far as I can until I get stuck, then watch what you do to see what I was doing wrong. so far I have been able to do everything without help, and watch through to see the answers so I can compare them to my own after I'm finished with the part, and mine turn out correct 99% of the time. for someone who doesn't know solidworks though, this is incredibly helpful and I hope you continue, BTW, why are 4 videos hidden in your playlist for the CSWA parts? where 4 of them removed by youtube or by you? and why where they removed? all your videos have helped me out so much and I'm sad that i cant see all the parts possible on the CSWA test before i take it so i know what I'm getting into.

I followed the steps and looks good. The reason why people may struggle which happened to me as well is the sketch relations especially the parallel relation which is hard to be seen when drawing but making sure that I had all the relations on my third attempt and I was able to complete the exercise. Thank you for the tutorial

I can't do the command at 9:10 for some reason my SolidWorks will NOT extrude another boss base within the sketch. WTH is going on why can't I don this? I select sketch, extruded boss/base, and it will not let me select inside the circle its like I am clicking into thin air.... can someone help ??

i did almost two hours to finish that part at least it was correct, but i dont think i will have the same amount of time in the real test

great video so helpful.In the first step i find the same mass as you , but at the step two wheni change the variables i find different mass

Is cswa questions same through year?

I got 889.26 for mass but followed the exact same steps, and it is within 10% would this still be considered correct? or points would be taken off?

The test taking software is top tier garbage. There is no way to make the text bigger other than taking a screen shot and upscailing it. Where can i see this pdf?
