You should try to set the bloon speed to the max in challenge editor and try beating it in chimps mode. If thats not possible you can try it with a little more money
Why does this tower feel like a mod to me, like, the upgrade paths are pretty random, very unique attack techniques, even the Beast Handler isn't as odd to me?
Alot of people actually modded towers close this one, along with alot of fan art showing ideas similair to this tower.
I think the name 'mermonkey' is kinda.. dumb? Like Seamonkey was THERE. It's like if they added Sun Wukong as a hero and named him "Bob"

If you want to go for a 4-2-0 dart monkey while not sacrificing damage, either MIB or top path with middle crosspath works for monkey village too, dart monkey top path needs buffs and camo detection if your going middle crosspath, also 5-2-0 dart monkey is superior sometimes in BTD because of the map. This game has a lot of options, hope this helps

forgot to mention but the top path is very good on courses with obstacles, cause of its tier 5, maps like balance and cornfield make it kinda good

He has his accessibility turned down which shrinks projectiles. It's usually used to limit frame drops, but I'm guessing he does it for comedic reason or just personal preference.
