I now 3 weeks post op n so glad that my recovery journey has been a breeze. Well that 1 st week was crazy asf tho the most pain I’ve ever felt but like u said my stomach has gone down so much after the surgery no more bloating n feeling heavy n put me on depo kuz I don’t want them periods either for now tryna enjoy this new stomach 😂 I also had to get surgery on my small intestines do to my c-section I had lots of scar tissue left behind so my dr was nice enough while he was in there to remove a lot of scar tissue around my small intestines the best decision I have ever made. Don’t let them take ur insides ladies u can definitely get the myomectomy instead

I am on day 4 of my healing from a robotic lap fibrod removal and I am still in pain. Sadly they threw me out of the hospital after an hour of waking up. I begged them to allow me to stay but they wouldn’t allow me to. Because it’s outpatient surgery here. Thank you for your video .

I have fibroids also and 48 years old! In order for me to get my fibroids i have yo have a hysterectomy! I refuse to do it!! Only thing i want them is to remove them because iook nine months pregnant! I need answers please...help

They only sent me for an ultra sound. Of course bc that's the cheap way out

Eco style gel was my go too when I first did the big chop. Bath, wash hair, get dress, and grab the jar or some product on hand and out the door! Fast and quick. NOW in 2024: IT MAKES MY PRETTY CURLS DUSTY AND DRY LOOKING AND WORST OF ALL IT FLAKES. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED BUT HAD TO LEAVE IT ALONE! RIP ECO STYLE GEL!!

Scared of surgery. I need encouragement but i hope i wont need surgery if the fibroid shrinks on it's own. The recovery is so scary from the videos i've watched

I find that Eco styling gel curls my hair texture as well. It's pretty interesting. I don't keep my conditioner in my head I rinse it out but the gel does curl my hair. I wish they had a bigger jar of that pink eco styling gel.

I had my surgery 11 days ago. 59 fibroids were removed and endometriosis. Thank you for sharing your story! I watched your video before surgery and bought the pregnancy pillow. IT IS CLUTCH!!! I use it on the couch and in the bed. I love it! I definitely recommend it!!

4 years later, it is still painful to stand, sit, walk, etc

Before my surgery, I lost so much blood. I don't do blood transfusions, so doctors were turning me down to do my surgery because I didn't have enough blood in my body to make it through the surgery. They told me that they didn't want my life I their hands. So, I had to build my hemoglobin up enough to have my surgery, which took weeks. During that time, I was able to find a doctor who😊 would do my surgery knowing that I don't do blood transfusions.

I'm on my 4th year recovery & my life has changed. I have developed chronic back pain, unable to go back to work, things that will normally take 30 minutes or so @ home, and now take days/weeks. I looked like I was 9 months pregnant. was cut like a watermelon.....from my bellybutton down to the top of my virgina. 4 years later, it still looks like I'm 6-7mos pregnant. I have menopause, am diagnosed with extreme depression & take medication for all...chronic back pain, menopause & depression. I still have to see different specialists & take different tests to see why I have this chronic back pain, causing me to be very limited. Thanks for sharing your story!!!!

My doctor said she doesn’t know where fibroids come from. My partial hysterectomy robotic laparoscopic surgery I just had 8-12-24 I’m healing as expected
