ASU outdoor club went to Jerome and Sedona (well, 30 minutes south of Sedona) for a camping trip. It was tons of fun and a couple of us hiked Bell Trail in the morning. Hi I’m thinking of booking a rafting trip in July-Aug, would you recommend that even despite the rain/scorching heat those months?
Yes. It rained once while we were there but you have the option to have a tent although most of us sleep under the stars since it is so hot.
They also have stops to sit in the water when it’s hot. They have buckets to pour water on you if you request it. Everyone on my boat did it even though I didn’t do it.
