Quail in the Cutover! | German Shorthaired Pointer Running Bobwhite Quail Through the Fallen Trees
Просмотров 3183 месяца назад
Copper, the son of Axel Vom Stillwater, is the most fun German Shorthaired Pointer to hunt with. His intensity when locked onto a bird is unmatched. We were able to take him on the three hour drive to Alabama for an amazing day in the field. We were able to enjoy his intense points, exciting retrieves, and amazing stamina when running on a 75 degree day. Thank you to Mil-Tec for allowing us to ...
17 QUAIL DOWN!!! German Shorthaired Pointers Out for A Day of Upland Bob White Hunting
Просмотров 1,8 тыс.6 месяцев назад
Copper, Vixey, and Sadie did not disappoint on this cool morning of quail hunting. Watching Sadie bring back seven birds, after holding a steady point, would give any dog trainer chills. Copper's intensity is unmatched. Large muscle flexed, nose flaring as he vacuums in the quail's scent with every breath, and his ability to locked down during mid-sprint will make you admire these dogs' abiliti...
OUR BIGGEST BUCK!! The story of Brow Tine | A 140 1/8" Midwest Whitetail Legend |
Просмотров 3,4 тыс.9 месяцев назад
Connor Dove chased this buck for some time, and the feeling of harvesting your largest whitetail in your life is like something out of a movie. Congratulations to Connor on a perfect heart shot, and thank you to Carter for filming. This buck gave us a run for our money, and it was not easy trying to pattern this buck's movements. The journey continued to get sweeter after Connor left the stand ...

Y’all end up killing any birds?
😂 I an dying best one yet!!
Looks like you guys are having fun at Hillsdale lake I've been hand fishing that lake for over 13 years . The only place worth checking at that lake is abandoned boat ramp. Antioch boat ramp where you put in . Might get a 30-40 out of there. Lake is way overpopulated with hand fishermen. Counted 13 guys on opening day. Last 3 years of going there all the fish I caught were under 20 lb.
What are those boots called?
We call them the Ariat Force Ones, but they are actually called the Ariat Midtown Rambler!
HAHA ON POINT🤣🤣
Awesome tutorial!
Thank you so much!
Great tutorial!!! We are going to have to use this. Thanks!
Let us know how it goes!!
$170 + TOOLS
Most definitely true! The tools can get extremely pricey, if you don’t already own them. The first coop would cost close to $400, after you purchase the drill and circular saw. Awesome feedback, thank you so much.
I agree great tutorial. One suggestion i would make for people with raccoons, use hardware wire, they can reach through chicken wire.
Totally agree! Awesome feedback
great tutorial
Thank you so much!
I have a rescue that I think is a Pointer. He definitely points but barks constantly (maybe EnglishPointer)? We think breeders culled a litter and tossed Bo and his brother Luke.🎉
Very Good Dog.👻
Thank you very much!
Seeing a good dog working a field is absolutely fascinating!
There’s nothing like it!
Shane looks like he is on a “proper” English hunt.
Is that a griffin
It is a GSP, German Shorthaired Pointer
?
They are beautiful dogs❤️❤️❤️
It's in their blood . I didn't train my dog got her at 4 months . Thumb down for being an idiot
#miltech camo
Good times. Make sure to subscribe y’all! More content on the way!
Good girl! Shes beautiful
HEEEELP 9LEASE😢😢😢😢❤❤❤❤❤
The humans may be smiling, but the turkey isn't.
Good dog
What part of Georgia is this at? Looks amazing!
It’s illegal to film on Kansas public lands
This was filmed in January of 2022, during the 2021-2022 season.
Where can I find a laser like you used to find center shot?
This was the first video I’ve came across from you guys. I have a vtm31 on layaway right now. Really enjoyed all the solid info in this video!
sweet deer!
I’ve been planting all kinds of oaks, including lots of sawtooth, on my farm here in Kansas. Lord willing, I’ll be able to shoot a big buck under one here in a few years.
Did you find him?? 😢😢😢😢
Such a unique buck with his oversized tine and his random kicker on the base. I can’t believe the shot placement on this buck either! Awesome work guys
Nice buck and a great shot man!
AWESOME!
Thank you! Honored to be partnered with you
Enjoyed this video. Excellent archery knowledge and content in this one! Thanks guys! I’ll be probably getting a VTM 34 when my RX-1 Ultra gives up the ghost. Smooth and silent. 🤙🏽🏹🦌
2 years old
Nice 2.5 year old
Um probably passing on him if we're in Kansas waiting for a stud
Easy pass. That’s a small one in KS
In Michigan, yes. Kansas, no
The deer is standing still why meh at it lol you only supposed to do that to stop a deer in it’s tracks not when it’s standing still Id have laughed my butt off if you made that noise and he looked up at the blind or stand blew and hauled butt outta there 😂😂😂
Yes...why not?
It’s the audio on the clip
no need to bleat call to stop him if he is already stopped. lucky he didn't bolt
The hog was in no sense mistreated. It completed its destiny in becoming sport and food for people.
Imagine using a hound to track💀
gut shot...why ? you were close enough for a take down with a gerber
Please tell me you guys seen that tumor on his chest belly area
So how far did he go from the 80 yds that you searched? Meat bad?
He ran a total of 90 yards. He had expired the night I initially shot him, as he was 10 yards away from where we stopped the track. When we returned the next day, he was 10 yards to the right of our last blood, in the thick undergrowth. He ran a total of roughly 90 yards. Some of the meat was salvageable, yes.
Been planting sawtooth acorns for several years. Never seen the concept of the clusters but will be trying the process this year. Just for the record, sawtooth acorns don't have to go through stratification. They will germinate very soon after placing in soil. I actually stratify some and beginning this week I'm going to bury a cluster in a large pot and protect until springtime when I'll plant them. Fall gerninated and spring planted results in a tree that produces in seven or eight years of age. Planted as a young tree requires a few extra years for fruit. Best wishes!
What city is this? That y’all were staying in? Around Junction city?
