You can use it on damp hair. The amount of water you started with just over diluted it. I never use those kinds of prepoos on dry hair.

I love this for my daughter’s hair because they have thick bouncy 4c kinks and curls and a little goes a long way. Just have to work it in. No water required.

Pre poo usually means on dry hair i love using an oil for that step

Put on dry hair, let sit for a bit, then separate into sections, spray each section with water IF NEEDED, and detangle from tip to root. ☺️

It’s is a really great product! Definitely try on dry hair and place a plastic cap and just let it sit on hair for 15-20 minutes once worked in. It creates such ease with the shampoo experience.

lol. I used to use this. It was good but I couldn’t really sleep in it cause it would start flaking. So I switched to aloe gel. Does the same thing it’s natural and doesn’t flake if I want to prep my hair the day before
