Was the landscape standard or an upgrade? Closets, shower sizes and bonus/loft areas. How many bedrooms? FYI I'm in Puyallup. What makes Kent better than Auburn, Lakewood with the same floor plans and separation in prices $100k-400k pending area? I love the video production quality. I just wanted more information.

Hey man, Iive in kent Wa lived here pretty much my whole life and all over washington. I've struggled majority of my life and I've just been trying to support my mom and keep her healthy since she's disabled and can't work for her self me and my brother have been just working as hard as we can to make a good life for her. I don't know if you take on apprentice's or how much is would cost for you to even do that. But I I've always had a passion for real estate and when I saw your videos and saw you do videos in my home place I thought I just had to ask. Either way I like your videos man 🙏🏽

If you work in tech , great. You will probably flourish. If you are a working family or own a small business unfortunately you will be squeezed out of the puget sound over the next 2 years, or likely overpay , have to waive an inspection to buy , and in some cases agree to pay a higher interest rate . It’s not the market, it’s gentrification created by tech. If you want the most accurate forecast , look at the Bay Area market history but add in the pandemic . It tells the tale .
