Today, some of my classmates were discussing healthy activities to live longer with good health. One is to have activities to fill up your days, good night sleeping about 8 hours or take some nap if short of sleep. Then work on your brain with mental work plus live stress free life.

Don’t need to travel far to go overseas. From Taiping to Betong, takes us 2.2 hours with normal drive. Nice road and can stop at few places like Lenggong, Gerik for food. Stay healthy

I cannot get bored with Betong because of its coolness, quietness, good food, massage and shopping. People says there is nothing to see, but I don’t see tourists spots, it’s the peace and tranquility and easy access that is what draw me to it. Live life.

Taking short trips with one night stay is good enough to have your me time or relax. From Taiping to Betong took us only 2.5 hrs. Quiet and nice drive if you can do it on weekdays. Weekends over here is not so busy then Hatyai. The massage here is cheap and good. Food also nice and mostly without MSG. You will know because you will not feel thirsty after eating your meals. Stay healthy

Sp setia vista is good place to stay if you don’t mind the traffic. However, the unit you see it seems not the good unit.
I agree, Good place and peaceful. We are looking at long term like we believe landed can appreciate more and no need to pay high maintenance. They quite like the unit facing the hill for greens. Build up is half of the landed and price almost the same.

Yes, on the second trip, decided to view just all landed and found it at the first house. Landed at Sg Ara for RM730K. Good buy with further discount from the good owner.

@@pohsanewe2996 land size is 1280sf and build up is 2100sf. Freehold and I know the current owner stays there for over 12 years. They also bought second hand, did renovation. Other houses around there asking for about RM850K

Where to buy cempedak in taiping?
Now not in season. It will be sometime in Apr 2022. Can still Have cempedak AT Yinn Patisserie-cempedak Cheese cake as I supplied quite a lot during last season and should still have some stock if interested. Tq
