I would put money on GORILLA GRODD to conquer Darth Vader. The force will be cancelled out against Grodds combination of Telepathy , Telekinesis and force fields. Vader would have no choice but to engage Grodd in a physical fight in order to kill him and that's when Vader downfall will begin. Grodd is way too physically superior compared to Vader who does have enhanced physical strength due to his cybernetic limbs but sadly it wouldn't help him much. Vader gets ripped apart LITERALLY limb from cybernetic limb in a painful death
