Hi! Thnx, I have no experience with the smaller version. but at the moment I don't feel the urge to downgrade it to a smaller variant. I occasionally use the bag for my running clothes and it fills up quite quickly. especially if you also put shoes in it! maybe consider when the bag is too big for you. To me the 26L doesn't feel like "too" big. I'd rather have some extra space than just too little every time😁

He! of course it depends a bit on which laptop you put in it (in my case M1 macbook pro 15 inch) Given that there is already a fairly sturdy backpanel on the bag, I would describe it as quite hard (or well protected haha, but whatever you like). In any case, a lot sturdier than my previous bag. I am personally very happy with the good protection of my laptop, but I do have to pay for it with a sweaty back during the hot summer days haha

Hi! That's right, it is detachable. You can slide the waist holder band in a slot intended for that. This sits behind the DB logo. (you can see it best at 0:47 and 1:31) there is also Velcro so that the band does not slide while wearing. Personally, I only use the strap if I have heavily filled the bag, I take it off for everyday things!😊

do you feel it when its tucked away or does it interfeer with comfort?

I personally don't feel any difference between with or without (also because the back panel is quite sturdy by itself)

I dont understand. Is it only possible to tuck the hip belt in like behind the Db logo or can you also fully remove the hip belt? Im thinking of buying the backpack but i would love to know if i have to always have the hip belt attached and tucked if i dont wanna use it

Hi! @@matjan3464 You have to see it as two separate parts. So there's that slot behind the logo that it can go into. But you can also remove it completely and use it without the hip belt.
