I think the yarn in the inspo photo has mohair or alpaca in it which gives it a different look. I think it’s probably also a lighter weight wool so it has more movement to it, I could be wrong but that’s what it looks like to me😊I think maybe having less rows on the shoulder sections and maybe decreases to make it look smoother?

Can you steam it maybe? Would make it more flowy

You know, blocking will stretch it. And with steam if you used acrylic yarn. But this was crochet beginner mistake 1.1. Won’t happen again haha
