Khari Sharif, located in the Mirpur District of Azad Kashmir, is renowned for its spiritual significance. It is home to the shrines of two prominent Sufi saints: Baba Pir-e-Shah Ghazi, also known as Damri Wali Sarkar, and Mian Muhammad Bakhsh, the famed poet who authored the epic tale Saif al-Muluk. Baba Pir-e-Shah Ghazi is revered for spreading Islam and peace in the subcontinent, while Mian Muhammad Bakhsh is celebrated for his spiritual wisdom and poetry.
