actually oca and loca glue have the same function is to laminate glass and lcd, and use machine can make the process very easy and fast.

Nice demonstration. Not sure why you bother replacing the polarizer though, is that because it's got scratch marks from the glass? What was the machine you used after you put the glass panel on? I thought that was the autoclave, but then you had another machine afterwards which looked like the autoclave. Looks like an expensive setup.
Jay, it's a heated laminating press. The autoclave was the last step, it would remove any remaining bubbles. I am looking for a machine, does anyone have any info or feedback from a machine they have personally used?

what liquid did you drop the s4 screen in? Is it for separating the glue? Is S4 LOCA or OCA?
the liquid is naphtha,yes the liquid can make the glue not stick,s4 orginal glue is LOCA,but when we repair it ,we use OCA ,because it is easier to refurbish

you repair broken display or glass
mainly repair the glass,if the lcd is broken into piece,the lcd is no use.
Miss L. Ortiz ,The lamination process is the most important process,because the laminating machine will left very small bubble or no bubble after you laminating the glass and lcd together,it is easy to remove the left bubble with the autoclave,but if you only use your hand to press the lcd and glass together ,there will be a big bubble in the lcd,so it is very hard for you to remove the bubble with the autoclave,
