Man in the first couple seasons, Goliaths were one of the few Grimm that had an aura of invincibility. That even experienced Huntsmen and Huntresses avoided if they could since they were so old and powerful. Now they are fodder.

But is it actually a good and fun game because I have been debating about buying it

Honestly the biggest problem is it feels like a game with no heart or soul. Give it the love it deserves and its would be fun. cause like whats there is good. its just thats all there is and thats why it sucks

Don't get the hate honestly. While I would go into my usual rant, I uh...don't have the game. BUT. It *looks* cool.

Do you think this game is a sleeper hit? I haven't seen anyone actually play or talk about it before now.

Those last things can easily be fixed with some modding, some system modifications, and creating gaming communities.

I bought it on Xbox, fired it up for the first time, got halfway through the first mission and it crashed. Never played it again

I'm super late to play but I'm going to buy both games and see what I missed out

I got the base game and JNPR on Xbox One a bit after it came out, and it’s still fun to play from time to time. Here’s some random notes I have about it: - For some reason, after Yang’s first shot, none of her other shots fires and she just freezes up. Is this just on Xbox One or are any other platforms experiencing this issue? - I wish they did more with the Xbox version like what they did with the Switch version. - Fun but repetitive with little variety in missions. - I’m the only RWBY fan in my friend group, so I can’t do co-op with people I know 😢 - There’s no animated cutscenes in it, but I would love to make my own if I have time to animate. - Imagine if there was a tutorial that took place inside Beacon’s training arena, complete with dialogue from the teachers.

Grimm eclipse is a mediocre game and I have played it. If you want a more gameplay accurate game, Ironically enough, any RPG will do. Particularly I've been debating on doing RWBY character builds with Payday 2, especially with the Idea of weiss using grenade launchers with different ammo types as a support unit and able to convert surrendered enemies akin to her doing a summon of defeated foes, Yang having the berserk skill to emulate her semblance, blake probably being Rogue Perk deck for a ludicrous high dodge while moving and of course, Ruby having second wind aced so she emulates that time Penny discovered a weird querk with Ruby's semblance to sneak everyone past the atlesian guards.

Yeah I’m gonna say my opinion on this, Rwby should have a individual fighting game not just BBTAG

I got it on PC when it was new for like $5 lol. It's a fun game that just didnt get enough attention imo.

I remember playing it when it just came out. There were people online who still played it. But, as with any community, it was toxic.

Switching the costumes of Team JNPR to Timeskip and seeing Pyrrha greyed out and lowering her head with her eyes closed just breaks me every time.

It also had a werid movement thing by jumping and dodging. Like. You could move really fast. (Did a solo playthrough as Yang. Best girl. Before v4 and onward ruined her]

It constantly bugs out and crashes when I try playing it. It was fun at first but when its flaws become that apparent, it’s hard to enjoy playing for me

What about the fact that you can never really pause the game? I mean you can pause it, but it's never really paused.

I wish it had crossplay, I play it on PC from time to time and there's still a small community on Steam that plays it regularly

What I believe the game needs right now to gain back some popularity is to add a third team, maybe team SSSN or CFVY and subsequently add a PvP game mode in Glynda’s classroom

I feel like it would have been better if it wasn't so hollow and the game didn't punish you for playing solo by having solo play be an unbalanced trainwreck.

I bought it for switch and I play it pretty regularly w friends, it's fun for a $20 game tbh
