@@arnaldocerra7218 Pinecrest is one of the best neighborhoods in all of Miami with a great schools and that is why families with kids continue to move into Pinecrest. The houses here are beautiful and it’s all residential neighborhoods with big luscious trees.

@@livinginmiamifloridateam I grew up in Miami/Coral Gables and I’m still not impressed by Pinecrest. It’s definitely overrated.

Yep…Doral is a great place to live!

Yes! Silver Bluff is a great neighborhood near Coconut Grove, Brickell and the Grove.

It is loud, but it goes parallel to US-1 where there’s a lot of cars and traffic, so it blends in with all the noise. But you don’t hear it in the residential area.

And commute times aren't bad and from I see the area is family oriented and a drive away when Boy n Girl get a lil older they will have the coolest (Party scene) while being stable and based growing older HOPEFULLY

Anywhere along Miami Beach are filled with great condos right on the beach so it all depends what kind of neighborhood and community you wanna live in but you have from south of fifth, you have South Beach, you have Miami Beach from mid Beach all the way to North Beach. You also have a nice small town community called Surfside, which is great as well and on the north end of Miami, you have sunny Isles, which have beautiful, high-rise condos right on the beach. If you can afford it, Key Biscayne over Miami Beach. That's if you want to walk to a beach. If a beach within walking distance isn't a deal breaker, then Coconut Grove or Wynwood.

You’re totally correct, but that section and those words are added by RUclips. And it was not me who wrote that part. RUclips does that to the video automatically and it probably heard one thing and wrote another.

You have nothing to worry about. I have been living in Miami all of my life and never had any problem with snakes. I am not aware of any situation of snakes and in Key Biscayne. If there are snakes, they’re going to be in the forest or in the wildlife but you will not have any issues with snakes in your day-to-day living.
