If you like cold brew coffee you should give this a try. I find it much smoother then store brought cold brews. I use Death Wish coffee whole beans. They're grinded on the courses setting in a Krups precision grinder. The grinds are then transferred to a OXO 32 once cold brew coffee maker. Did you get a crazy amount of foam when running the ahhsome thru? I have foam that can extend up welll over the edge of my tub when I use this. I usually use a leaf blower to keep that foam under control.
Yes I did and do. Once you stop running the Jets it eventually goes away.

Once you plug it in the UV light comes on.

@zuuxhdd yeah a pump. You need to buy a pump to pump water from the pond into the filter. All pressure filters need a pump which you buy separately.

Just tested mine to be sure. The power cord powers up the pump and light. You might have to take it apart to see what’s up with the bulb.

How is the vivohome pond filter working ?
It works well. However it’s made for a small pond. I was using it for aeration. It has to be cleaned frequently.

Question, doesn’t that introduce chlorine and wash away beneficial bacteria?
It’s a 1300 gallon well established pond over 5 years old with beneficial bacteria in plenty of other places including the overflow box. But yes I wouldn’t recommend this if you have a small pond and that’s your only source of beneficial bacteria. Good point.

How in the world did you find this??? I just randomly ran into this. Imagine my surprise when I got to 1:15😮. You’ll be surprised too if you watch it again. It wasn’t August though. It was a very cold day in February. I started in Housing. One of the first Housing Cadets to go in. 30 years ago. I couldn’t stop crying for a few saying out loud “Oh my God” over and over. Thank for the video! the instructions do say remove the filter, I don't think they mean remove it and leave it in the hot tub though.
I left it in there for it to be cleaned. I figured it’s the same as spraying filter cleaner on it when I periodically clean the filter with the hose.

Beautiful fish, Cheerios that’s a fun treat for them. I’ll have to try that. Does your UV light indicator stay on 24/7. I just bought a filter like this for my pond. Upon hooking it up I noticed the light window I can see the light flickering, some times on for 30sec to minute then off for a good few minutes. I ordered more bulbs to give it a go before I complain about the filter.
