Whoever's changing your oil is not tightening the tube that the filter threads onto on bottom of the housing. Reach up and tighten that stem by hand before installing the filter
I only do three things, in service, out of service, 30 min. break, thats all I do anything else, ignored, violation will meet my 3lb friend.
