If you are trying to be healthy I recommend cooking from home, getting already made food is not healthy at all! Some good stuff to cook with is like an InstaPot or something 🫶 Edit: and also brand name products like the Gatorade and the Lays chips you got are not good! There is lots of healthy chips out there that still taste good and there are other energy drinks too! I hope you continue your journey on trying to be more healthy though as when you go first start eating stuff like that your brain takes all the toxic ingredients and it makes you think you need it all the time! It’s like a craving that’s hard to ignore.
