Hi bro, found your channel link on Hype Discord. Thumbs up 👍 amazing videos you have and your rig looks fantastic. I am very interested how you find a solution for the Moza FFB. I have this base, using with a thrustmaster F16 stick, but get absolutely no FFB feeling (in opposite of the DCS apache, which is unbelievable with FFB). Don’t know if it’s a Moza Preset problem or a HYPE software thing. Will see..the Moza AB9 is fresh but has a big potential for the future. How you maked this touch screen with the PM750 ? Handclaps for you work 👏👍
@_zeranom Hi, thanks for watching and thank you for the awesome compliments. The Moza I am recessing into my floor. The plate I made arrives tomorrow. There is a sneak peek on it in my shoes videos. Moza just released a partial hardware trim. I have the beep trim working and the trim release but the stick does not stay in postion physically. It also does not unload the force. I didn't have this issue with the rhino or the Brunner but the moza flight support discord is quite active and was assured they will have it working I guess in November. They will move quick. Moza is a great company and they much planned for helis. I took my moza apart yesterday and soldered a remote switch in parallel to the moza board because mine being in the floor I can't press the button unless I raise the platform and go underneath. As for the GTN I have a video on how to make the touch operation work on my video about the ms fs pop out manager. I go through the steps. The GTN is from ESC cockpits.
Awesome. Where I can get the Control sick?
@giuseppetorelli8489 Hi, thank you for watching! I have a few videos on the channel and moza base arrived. The controls are Max Flight Controls - Discount Applied Below! bit.ly/3XScHzU
Specs on pc??
@@Mr.Telemark Hi, 4090 GPU, 13900K CPU. Both liquid cooled.
@@Rotor-Sims u think a Ryzen 5 X5600 and a GeForce 3050 can run VR in msfs 2024?
Are those RS Mega+ actuators you have on the rig?
@petersaint8851 Hi, yes RS Mega. The plus is for those that want a 6 port Thanos. I didn't so mine is just an RS Mega 4U. Thanks for watching!
I got one of those Lift shoe, blue.
@@petersaint8851 That's awesome! Do you use them for real aviation? How are they holding up?
Where did you buy the actuators? Are four enough? Have you flown in them yet?
@petersaint8851 Please see my other videos. I have flown in them. For my needs 4 is plenty. I bought them direct from eracing lab.
Fantastic setup 👍🏻
@Dreamsofwings Thank you for taking a look!
thanks for the video!
@adsilite Of course and thank you for watching! Next is the Moza base. Plate arrives Monday
lol put the monitor another 20ft away 😂
@@SIMRIG412 It's temporary.
This looks like it would be fantastic with Mixed Reality - see all the controls in Passthrough but have full 360 vision
@@anto687 Thank you for watching! I agree. I'm looking into sominium space mixed vr but holding out because I think more vr headsets are going to hit the market in 2025.
Great work
@jacekdziedzic1322 Thank you for watching! Another 4 weeks and I'll be doing the full build video
all you need is a much larger triple monitor and a pov cam (head mounted) and you all set. great channel. keep it up.
Thanks for watching! The goal is Mixed VR. Sominium Space looks to be the choice but I am holding off to see what 2025 will bring because I think we are going to see some healthy competition!
Where you get all the panels and switches from?
@hoimi2809 ESC Cockpits. The stock ones are good but I am going to capture the look, feel and function by using switches that a extremely close to the real helicopter. These same type of switches can be used in any home cockpit.
Looking forward to those build videos!
@Jesusdparra Thanks for watching Jay! This video focused on the seat. So much content needs to be made 🚁
Noticed there’s a bit of noise in your axis… maybe needs a filter?
@derkas13 Just a tad however I'm going with FFB and that will be tuned in detail. Thanks for watching!
@@Rotor-Sims I have the Moza ab9… you won’t be disappointed.
@derkas13 That's great news! Mine is one the way. I had the Rhino and though good it needs just a touch more force. I made a custom plate to drop the moza in the floor and adapters are on the way from Max Flight. I will make a video on the floor modification and install.
@@Rotor-Sims I’m in the process of mounting it into my Robinson cockpit with a t bar cyclic
@derkas13 I'd love to see a video of that! The Robinson has quite a long handle but if there is enough force that's idea for a two person setup with one FFB base
Hello Wat for Motion software you are use for mSFS? i have same 100 sfx system with problem in the Motion i use Simracingstudio
Thanks for the instructions and have a few more videos on the topic of H145. I'm also currently building an H145 homepit. Can you tell me which LED pushbutton you used for the backlight? Thanks
@TheBlueDive Hi, all electronics are from ESC Cockpits however we have an awesome discord called the H145 project with a few people whom are experts in electronics. I would head over there. Thanks for watching!
@@Rotor-Sims Thanks for the information, I build everything myself and found the right illuminated buttons
@@TheBlueDive Happy to hear! Which ones did you go with?
@@Rotor-Sims There are mini buttons 6x6 with green LED, the caps print with a 3D printer.
I wonder if it feels like a real 145 with that motion rig...
I flew in an EC130 and it's hard to compare to real flight. For sims it does provide a higher sense of immersion but I think in VR the motion will feel more produced as the brain is being tricked. If someone is going to go the conventional route with projectors it would be better to have a 6 dof system. Just my thoughts, thanks for the message!
I agree with Limitless. You should have way more views. This is truly amazing!
@TheBishopOfBarton The channel will get there. I'm in no rush, I'm having fun helping the community and overtime it will grow. Thank you for the support!
Which rig are you using?
@@TheBishopOfBarton Hi, RS Mega
This is really really helpful. The more I see this, the more I want to build this. Keep going with these videos. I've been wanting to build a 145 sim for some time - and now you've inspired me! Great work!

This looks fantastic. I flew the 145D2 for several years, and I can't believe how realistic your sim is! Makes me want to build this!
@TheBishopOfBarton It's amazing and I bet you had a grand time flying the D2. There are a few D3 out there too. I just made a video about the monster tech seat that came. It's mechanical and custom mounting. I'll be releasing tomorrow evening!
Excelente Comando.
Awesome sim and cheers for the tips. Was it hard to get the display emulation going on your iPad? Interested to hear how you acheived that
@NeinIhFlyer Hi and thank you for watching. This video you commented on shows how to use pop out manager and setup touch for the small monitor that emulates the iPad. It's not hard at all to do thankfully. The display I'm using is this one: amzn.to/3BumapI
Looks amazing! What software are you using for the motion?
@beninkypoo1749 Thank you for watching! Latest vid on my channel you can really see the movement. For the platform I'm using FlyPT. I'm currently a beta tester for Departed Reality Sim Manager which for users will be much easier than FlyPT and no subscription like Sim Racing Studio.

Looks pretty good. Nice job. I'd recommend investing in a VR headset that's capable of AR.
@Jake-t4p7c Thanks Jake! The monitor is temporary. The goal is mixed VR. I'm waiting to see how customers respond when the sominium space units are in their hands as well as what 2025 will bring. Thanks for watching! More content incoming
But if u use VR you can’t see the buttons!?
@Mr.Telemark Regularl VR this is true but mixed reality had pass through VR and tracked masking where if you have a phsycial cockpit you can bring it into the virtual world. Thanks for watching!

@Mr.Telemark Of course, appreciate the support. Please share the videos, many more on the way and I'm happy to answer any questions.
This is an incredible setup! Do you ever use XPlane?
@PredictiveDynamics-AI Hi, thank you for watching! I've been using X-Plane for years. I generally jump between sims. Austin is a great person full of knowledge and I appreciate his passion. Do you use X-Plane as well?
@@Rotor-Sims I have typically used XP yeah, flight schools tend to use it more in Canada because it can be certified for flight training. I’ve made an ai instructor, and wanted to start developing helicopter maneuvers, need some test pilots! If you’re interested.
@PredictiveDynamics-AI Understood, I'm not a real H145 pilot. I piloted back in the day on single engine aircraft but not helis. I plan to go into real heli flying when I retire early. Keep me updated on your project, sounds interesting!
Jesus H Christ... bro has a damn H145 in his living room. Sick!! You really need to upgrade that screen to a projector though lol.
@cptairwolf H145 landed in my office lol. No projection, the plan is mixed reality VR. 2025 is going to be a good year. I need to see how sominium space does with their unit as people start receiving their shipments. Thanks for watching and the message!
This is a dream setup however the view on the main screen surely shoud bypass the view of the cockpit since you are seating on the entire cockpit?
@carvalhoguilherme The monito in back is temporary. Mixed Reality is next. I need see how sominium space does with their units. Thanks for watching!
wowowowow.... mechanized collective? That adds a 4-axis stationary flight, just like the real thing! you hit the gtc-h button on a forward flight and it will stop your flight completely and fly stationary. That of course will require more power (collective), so the fourth axis will pull the collective up for you for the required power (stationary flight out of ground effect will requiere more power than forward flight).
@adsilite Thank for watching and providing info on how the controls work in the real heli. Your input and first hand knowledge is very much appreciated!
Mate this is absolutely insane, how have you not got more views yet.... I'm loving following this build 😊

@LimitlessHorizonVRSimrigs Thank you for watching and the comment! I have alot of videos planned. I just started focusing on the H145 and my build. If you have any questions I'm happy to help. Spread the word! Thank you!
Do you have plans on mountaing a lot closer
I moved it last night close to the edge of my desk. I have to be careful that the motion platform does not smack the desk and I do not want to attach it to the platform as the goal is mixed reality vr.
Why is the monitor so far away
Hi Rick, thanks for the message, the monitor is there temporarily. The goal is mixed reality VR.
wow!! amazing set up!!!! I am a real H145 pilot myself. This is just great. I have so many questions. Do you combine your set up cockpint with VR using the mixed reality software? How do you have the force trim set up? I have a Virpil and took the springs out so it can stay in the position I desire, but the helo acts super weird. Best regards!
Hi, and thank you for your message-and most importantly, for watching! Just to clarify, I'm not a licensed H145 pilot. I did hold a Private Pilot License (PPL) for fixed-wing aircraft when I was younger, but I let it lapse after missing the bi-annual check. I’m planning on early retirement, and when that happens, I’m hoping to start helicopter lessons. Right now, my goal is to combine my H145 home cockpit with VR for a mixed-reality setup. I’m holding off a bit to see how platforms like Somnium Space evolve as more people start adopting it. I also feel like 2025 will bring new manufacturers and more innovations, which will be key for those of us with full-blown cockpit setups. At the moment, I don’t have the force trim system fully set up. I’m waiting for my Moza base to arrive, which I’ll be connecting to my Max Flight controls. Regarding the Virpil setup: make sure your dead zones in FS2020 are set to zero, and that your controls are configured to be fully linear. Also, take a look at the H145 tablet setup page-ensure the hands-on dead zones are high enough so your controls don’t override the autopilot with minimal force, but at the same time, allow you to override the AP with enough input when necessary. I’m actually working on a video right now that walks through the Max Flight controls setup, including details on the dead zone configuration. That video will be uploaded today, so feel free to subscribe and turn on notifications if you’re interested! I’ve got a lot of content planned. I recently posted a startup video, and after that, a real H145 pilot reached out with feedback about my battery switch, hydraulic switch, and test lamp switches. I’ve since ordered the correct ones, and I’ll be making a video of the entire process-disassembling the overhead, modifying it, and reinstalling everything. Thanks again for watching! If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out. Clear skies and smooth landings!
@@Rotor-Sims wow, thanks a lot for your explanation. I am already subscribed and eagerly awaiting for more content. I can’t get that full max cockpit, but I want to get the Max Flight H145 cyclic with short goose neck and attach it to a Moza or Rhino ffb. About the AP upper modes, I’m planning some button set up like stream deck + . I’m going slowly, but getting there. Again, thanks! I’ll be watching your videos 🫡
@@adsilite Thank you so much for your support! I'm happy to help. The Stream Deck is definitely a solid option for managing your autopilot, especially with the convenience of the knobs for fine-tuning. Max and I are also working on setting up an affiliate code to help viewers save a bit while supporting the channel. He's currently producing a thicker gooseneck and adapters for the Moza to my specs and we're in the quality assurance phase now. I’ve just received confirmation that my Moza has shipped! I previously had the Rhino FFB, which, while a great unit, felt a bit bulky, and I wasn’t a fan of the external gears and belts. The Moza has slightly more NM than the Rhino, and I'm confident their software updates will catch up soon. I'm excited to get my hands on it and plan to make a video showcasing the gooseneck modification, adapters, and a demonstration of the force and trim release. Thank you!

I bought Air Manager recently so I can have PFDs/MFDs/FMS/FMC on a second monitor I was gifted as my eyesight is buggered due to my strokes and it destroys all immersion having to stick my nose up against my main monitor trying to read panels and gauges. I had all sorts of issues trying to get POPM working using various "tutorials" on here but I just followed this and got everything setup and working instantly without having to rewind and rewatch things. So thank you very much for sharing this, it was easily understandable. Now, do you use Lorby Axis and Ohs as I'm having trouble with that too 😜😊

Cool, but why are the actuators so far apart? It gives much less angles like that! On my rig I get 10⁰ pitch and 15⁰ roll...
@tronicgr Hi, I'm still working on FlyPt Mover and tweaking settings. I quickly tried an old vr headset and found I do not need much motion at all they create the realism. In VR the motion is tricking my brain into thinking the rig is moving alot more than it is. I know that the actuators ideally should be less than 1000mm apart. (They are 1000mm and front to back and about 1400mm left to right) The nose of the rig also extends beyound the platform about 1'. Currently at max travel and angle its about 1" from the floor tilted forward.
