As a Millwall fan who first attended in 1962 just the odd 62 years ago, allow me to say what has held us back is only having 1 of our 4 strikers fit and this, finally,is beginning to change. We signed Coburn on loan from Boeo and he looked good and got injureddBradshaw is out for 3 months. Our Clubrecoed signing Inanovicwas signed while injured and has only just started to appear leaving another new signing from Division 2 : Macauley Langstaff as our sole striker.2 of them, at least, are fit tomorrow but he will try to absorb pressure and nick another 1/0 win. With a lone striker only to contend with Burnley to lead but the attacking Subs with the energy of the crowd to get us an equalizer 1/1. A win puts Milwall SEVENTH.

Like most I’ve come off the Turf sick to my stomach after games. However after reflection and discussion with other Clarets the reality kicks in. We started the season with a Team that scored 9 goals in 2 games before players started being sold. Scott Parker was put in a similar position to Brian Laws when Coyle left with little time to sort his squad. In my view we are second on merit with a good defence and grinding out results against teams setting up not to concede. I’m confident in January a striker in the Danny Ings mould will be brought in. Couldn't agree more. The side to side and passing back is awful! We have lost too many very good players and replaced with average players. No way we can get promoted nor would I want to as we would get decimated!! UTC

No entitlement from Steeley at all. It is a very hard watch. I've been on every game so far but not at Millwall. I just cannot justify paying the money on something i am not enjoying. I keep getting told that it's the results that matter but not for me. If that was the case i would save my money and just check sky sports news for the results

I'd say Parker isn't getting anywhere near enough out of Cullen, that needs sorting. Cullen was the best midfielder in the Championship last time. Esteve, I bet we sell him in January - he's far too good for this league

To George's point about the similarities with VK, I read ages ago that Parker's Bournemouth side had a higher XG than VK's Burnley

Steeley, I was there in the Orient times - this right now is some of the most boring football I've ever seen. Let's not forget one of the reasons Pace potted Dyche was because he knew the style of play was boring. He will be worried by what he is seeing and also the boos at full time. I agreed with every word that was said.

We play sooooooooo slowly it lets the opposition just set up knowing we don't have a clue how to break them down. The two times we played first time quick passes against QPR we created two chances

Roberts was excellent, we played with a higher tempo but by god for the most part it's some of the most boring football I've ever seen at Burnley. Unless they pick up attendances will drop quickly and then Pace will have a decision to make. I think people are frustrated because we all like Scott and want him to succeed but there's no getting away from it - It's dull. Given the spend on players it's way below what we expect, if we were half competent going forward we would already be 3 or 4 points clear instead of being 5 behind. Lets not forget, both Rovers and PNE had good goals ruled out - we can't hide behind being 2nd at the moment, the standard is awful.

Interesting and loyal pod. Kolo needs to be running onto the ball and isolating his full back. The way we’re playing is so slow and allows opposing midfielders to support the full back both sides! Upfront you are right. AH isn’t good enough, but at least he’s mobile so I’d play him if Flemming was available but he cannot do it alone. Jayrod is sadly too slow but at least we know he’ll be trying especially if we play it into him in the air! So goals have to come from attacking second balls on the edge of the box and that means mixing up what we do. If SP doesn’t change things and make us much more unpredictable we will struggle to make the play offs, and certainly won’t get automatic promotion. Jury is out on SP but it’s not looking good in games we should be winning. WBA away will find this team out if he doesn’t ring some serious changes!

Yes we're really boring

My 18 year old son has stopped watching us this season as he's so bored... The younger generation aren't like the hardcore, there's so much to do now and entertainment that's cheaper, they'll just go elsewhere... They want instant gratification... It's the Shorts and Reels generation... To be honest, even I've stopped going on live matches now and I'm really struggling even watching us on TV... For similar money it costs me to go on a game, i can take my wife out for a meal, watch a local band or have a night out and know I'm almost certainly going to be entertained and be in a nicer environment, rather than sat next to some coked up chav at the ground watching us play awful football... If this starts to reflect in the stands with crowds dwindling, then that will put pressure on the board to do something but for now, they'll be happy that we're near the top of the table!... Fans these days aren’t going to sit to watch dour football in the middle of a freezing winter so the style definitely needs to develop significantly to keep them onside.

Football fans have the memories of goldfish. Parkers style is exactly what Fulham and Bournemouth fans said, boring. Parker was sacked by a Belgian club with two wins in 12. He had two good strikers at Fulham and Bournemouth which saved his ass. So far its bloody awful football tactics. If you don't care then fine but don't lump us clarets who are bored as non fans.

I really dont care how we get those points, clean sheets win titles we have 6 thats why we are where we are.we can only improve as the squad recovers from injuries and mayb a new striker in January UTC

Foster is better with a mobile partner whether it's been Amdouni or Odabert. I think we'll see the best of him when Fleming is with him, or maybe even Tresor or Redmond.

Foster in the Luton game was unplayable. I wonder if either the illness recently has affected him or if the whole drama around the end of the transfer window and the rumours/agent talking in his ear has affected how he’s feeling mentally….

We don’t want to be too harsh on Pires. He’s not a defensive full back. He’s an attacking wingback and his strengths are going forward… second half he looked good linking up with Sarmiento. We also need to remember he’s new in the country, doesn’t speak the language, learning english football in the championship, learning a new style and team… Vitihno looked poor early on. Let’s support him and not get on his back🙏

We need to stop playing walking football and get the tempo up. The faster the tempo the more spaces appear. Also, I think we might score a lot of late goals as we tire teams out.
