It doesn’t have to be on the actual street to be considered a Broadway theater - the St. James has been home to many amazing Broadway shows over the years :)

the theater is on broadway. i have seen MANY a broadway show there and it's right on theater row. so yes, she's going to be on broadway
"Broadway" "Off-Broadway" are basically separated by the number of seats in the theatre and not its location, by the way. 500+ seats means that it is a Broadway theater, and I believe this theater has over double that amount.
Do you mean literally "on Broadway?" As in the actual street? That's not what "Broadway theater" means. The St. James is a Broadway theater and it's currently home to "Sunset Boulevard." However, what she's doing is not a Broadway show. It appears that they've rented out the theater on a Monday, which is a day that Broadway is dark. They just held Gavin Creel's celebration of life at the same theater. That was not a "Broadway show" either, but it did take place in a Broadway theater. But if you want to be technical, it is misleading to say that she's making her "Broadway debut." I've sang on a Broadway stage before but that doesn't mean I've been "on Broadway."

Just saw opening night last night and I wished it would have worked. We had 5 false starts when it finally just skipped to Doc connecting the cord. I’d like to see it work seamlessly, since we were disappointed. I can imagine how very difficult it was to make this work, especially in different venues.
I guess we're ignoring the fact that she has done some egregious things and never apologized for any of them?

In the movie, that is a long scene where you feel that Marty might lose his only chance to return to the future because of the accident where the line that takes the electrical discharche gets caught in the branch. Please kindly show us the storyboard panels with those vital Epic moments. Oh wait....they don't exist because you just skipped absolutely EVERYTHING, and the whole thing's over with ONE successful attempt, no dramatic moments of thinking it might not work.
