I'll definitely try the contract, but the app unfortunately wouldn't work for me. I downloaded an app that required me to solve a puzzle to shut off the alarm 2 years ago, and my sleep self figured out that I can just shut off my phone to get it to stop, and go back to sleep 😭😭

Hi man I will try this, the main problem I have is just being consistent on the sleep timing, I can wake up at 6 am no problem but I can’t continue till half the day if I sleep at 1 am

I can't speak for the education system in your country, but in my country (Denmark) the education system is made, BY the average IQ people, FOR the average IQ people. Denmark is doing pretty well, by we could do better if we used all the talents and high IQ people to their full potential.
