You’re so brave. Being in a car/hotel or even “homeless” without shelter at all , is obviously so scary. I commend you. I experienced similar when I was displaced with my one year old daughter during the pandemic, and let me tell you, it was so scary. But I had to be strong for her and that’s what I did, we got through it.

I was once a homeless young women (21 at the time)with my 10 month old baby girl (only ever ended up In a hotel and sometimes our car, thankfully..) but I’ve endured judgments from others and it’s so hard. People who are privileged just don’t understand. You are so strong momma! You’re such an amazing mother and you and that baby deserve the entire world. Life can be so cruel, but I promise you will make it out. I wish I could help. 💗 sending you love and hugs.

Being homeless and living in your car are 2 different things. One is a choice and the other isnt. Someone can live in their car and be homeless and someone can live in their car by choice. Your experience is by choice it seems. Enjoy your experience! I love it

I’m about to be in my car full time starting May 1st. My goal is to save for a van. I’m 24. Rent is just so high and I can barely afford necessities let alone things I want for myself or travel. People are so quick to judge someone else’s life they know nothing about and who’s life does not affect theirs other than viewing it on the media. You have to do what you have to do and honestly many ppl are in survival mode. I want to break free from rent/ the Norms so I can actually afford a home before 50. 🤷🏽‍♀️

So many people really believe the government is just out here handing money and homes to people. I spent 3 years trying to get disability. Had all my doctors write letters. My therapist wrote a 3 page letter begging them to give it to me. And after three years, I was fully and finally denied. The government is in the business of denying you help. They will only give help if they have no other option. If they can put you off, they will, and it's crazy to me how few people know this. 😢
