I work at bath&body and I don’t get why people in different stores be causing drama. Even if the sku is messed up or not on the product anymore we still exchange it. A tester makes no difference whatsoever. I would’ve just returned the candle you picked out and rang it up again. Easy, simple, and everyone is happy. It’s ridiculous how rude she was to you. Smh, people lack common sense/respect these days.

The Company sold them to you, they have to honor the Company policy, same as any other products they sell. The fact that they sold you x-out display items isn't your problem and them making your problem is precisely why I no longer give the jerk stores my in-person business anymore. They have no class or creditability in the stores! Unless you were told and they should have it written on the receipt, that those couldn't be returned, they needed to honor their regular policy. It's these snotty bitches working in the store, hassling us! Sally's Beauty Supply was not honoring their own policy right on the receipt, so I returned everything and even the curling iron I was exchanging, and returned the comb the shifty sales lady charged me for and put in my bag without my knowledge! She also referred me to purchase the most expensive curler there was and worked like crap!!! I've yet to write a Google on either one of these places but intend to when I get some free time one day. I have a long, abusive history with Bath & Body Works near me, I wish they'd close because now I pay the Victoria Secret bill if I get one which I don't shop there ever anymore, but I pay online instead of in Bath & Body Works, so I avoid going in there and don't see them surviving in the dead mall & good riddance!!! It might of been online shopping options & convenience and malls raising rents, but honestly I think many of these stores destroyed themselves with their horrific attitudes & abuse to the consumer's/public!!! If they had treated us well, I would be loyal for life!!! Their prices are insane & they can keep their abuse!!! If I have to go in there, it would be to return from online. That's all their good for!!! ☺️ Just know that many of us understand & experience out right abuse in these retailers and that's why they're going out of business!!! Costumer Respect Must make a come-back!!!

I couldn't agree more!! I had a horrible experience myself.... Young disrespectful girl who embarrassed me in front of other costumers and her fellow employees.

GIVE HOPE ( peppermint Marshmallow) was late to the party but it’s so good! It’s mellow and soothing. I like it better than The sugar peppermint one. I got a backup today at 50% off. I never look in the drawer. I feel like it’s an employee only option. I just ask and they check. Do you ever get the side about your candle collection from family? I have way else than you and I get the comments.

I just ordered my very first goose creek candles a week ago.I just got two to start with. Candy Corn and Sweet Potatoe Marshmallow so now I am in LOVE with their candles.. I love that they are soy/wax mixed so its more of a clean burn and not a waxy smell. I think I'm going to be in trouble looking at your haul today because i love so many of them. I hope they restock well for the holidays because i think everybody getting goosecreek this year.
