Yes ,but some fine tuning is needed. I recommend Hardware unboxed video for the optimal settings for performance and visual quality on this game. Note that I used the same settings as what HW recommended in this video. Also note that I did not use AMD FSR in this video since it was recorded before that patch but you can expect a minor fps jump with it enabled.

I assume you have the same problem as I had. My sudden fps drop had to do with the laptop drawing more power to the cpu then needed to keep the 4.2 GHZ boost .As a result , my cpu usually always goes beyond 95 degrees celsius when gaming. I use Universal x86 Tuning Utility in adaptive mode to reduce the the cpu tdp. But you need to tune it and play around with it from game to game as some games are more cpu bound then others.This prevents the cpu from thermal throttling which would cause the laptop to suddenly decrease power to bring the temps down which then results in the fps drops.
